Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories.
Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items
Products damaged by improper use
Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging caused by the customer
Customized or special-order products

Defective or Damaged Products

If your Digital Clock, Wireless Charger, Mini Fan, or Cable Management product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the situation.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

Defective products
Incorrect items received
Products damaged during shipping

Replacement products will be shipped after confirmation of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Important Notes

Wireless Chargers should be used with compatible devices and certified charging adapters.
Mini Fans should not be exposed to water, excessive heat, or improper power sources.
Cable Management products damaged due to excessive force or improper installation are not covered under the return policy.
